But he is moving on to the Broadway company of The Lion King, making his Broadway debut on September 21st. Congratulations, Nathaniel! Taking over as a Young Simba alternate is 11 year old Tre Jones of Virginia. Welcome, Tre!
The big Annie tour cast announcement took place today during “The Balancing Act” on Lifetime! 9 year old Issie Swickle will lead the cast in the title role. The rest of the orphans are as follows: 9 year old Angelina Carballo as July, 9 year old Adia Dant as Pepper, 10 year old LillyBea Ireland as Tessie, 11 year old Sydney Shuck as Kate, 9 year old Lilly Mae Stewart as Molly, and 10 year old Isabel Wallach as Duffy.
