Grady Miranda

grady-miranda GRADY MIRANDA (Michael) Grady is thrilled to be making his debut with the Elf cast. Huge thanks to Nancy Carson at Carson-Adler, Dean Kravitz and the PTW team, and his friends and family, especially his grandparents, brother and parents for encouraging him to follow his dreams.

Triangle Arts & Entertainment – 12/07/2018

“Another standout is Grady Miranda. He was terrific as Michael Hobbs. He was believable as the lonely Michael and his rendition of ‘I’ll Believe in You’ was the best song of the night. For one so young, he has a great stage presence and a voice to match.”

The Triangle Explorer – 12/06/2018

“…other standout performances included that of Grady Miranda as Buddy’s brother. He has a strong singing voice with vocal chops beyond his years and was beautifully paired with Caitlin Lester-Sams as his mother. Together the two delivered some of the most moving duets of the night.”

Dallas Observer – 11/30/2018

“Keep an eye on Buddy’s half brother Michael, as performed by Grady Miranda. Though smaller than the rest of the cast, Miranda’s voice might be the strongest of all, hitting notes that will bring the audience to their feet when he takes his final bow.”

Theater Jones – 11/30/2018

“Miranda strikes a satisfying balance as 12-year-old Michael; chipper when the time calls for it, serious and mature for the heavier moments.”

The Column Online – 11/29/2018

“Another standout was Grady Miranda in the role of Buddy’s younger half-brother, Michael. Miranda was convincingly cute, and provided the appropriate touch of humor with Buddy on stage. Additionally, he really commanded the stage with his powerful voice. Miranda left a lasting impression on each scene that he was in, and certainly will impress you with his maturity and enthusiasm on stage. It was enjoyable to see Miranda become a boy once more as his belief for Santa Claus and the miracle of Christmas begins to reveal itself. What a fantastic message this time of the year.”

Broadway World National Tours – 11/24/2018

“Grady Miranda and Caitlin Lester-Sams are also memorable as the cute mother/son duo who bond throughout the show over wanting to connect…”

Worcester Telegram – 11/30/2018

“In a show that is chock full of great singers, Klaphake is an exceptional young singer, clearly demonstrated in his numbers with Lemon, including ‘I’ll Believe in You’ as they both write a letter to Santa Claus (to amuse Buddy), and then in the second act, ‘There Is a Santa Claus,’ when they finally see Santa flying in his sleigh.”
