The character is between 4-5 years old, and is described as “sweet” and “carefree”. Qualified young girls will be shorter than 4’2, and no older than 5 years and three months. Individual children can apply, and so can sets of twins and siblings. Space is limited to the first 40 applicants who sign up. Auditions will be held Friday, January 5th at Shea’s 710 Theatre starting at 4:00 p.m.

To audition, children will read two lines from the show. If possible, parents are asked to bring a current head shot and resume for each child, but headshots, resumes and prior acting experience are not required. If you’d like to register for the audition, email kboyle@sheas.org.

The character of Lulu is cast locally in each tour market, and two girls share the role. Each will be in four performances during the show’s one-week run. Waitress will be in Buffalo from February 6th – 11th.
